In order to guarantee the quality of our publications, we occasionally ask independent researchers/ specialists in certain research areas to assess submitted manuscripts.

In a nutshell, reviewers will be asked whether they believe the manuscript should be published.

While we do not expect reviewers to follow a strict review report format, their evaluation should consider:

• the logical coherence and internal structure of the manuscript

• the topical value of the subject

• the accuracy of the information

• the use of appropriate sources and references

• the methodological approach

• the contribution of the submitted material to the discipline

Based on their findings, reviewers may recommend publication, publication after improvements or reject the manuscript.
